Kada mu u poslednji čas, glas duše kao vodilja ukaže na sakriveni potencijal i snagu ispravnog puta, suočiće se sa konačnim izborom i olujom koja se dugo spremala. Pozadina i inspiracija: Film ISKON Anima Aeternam predstavlja autorov pristup animiranom filmu kao ogledalu brojnih procesa koji se odvijaju duboko u ljudskoj duši, u polju nesvesnoga. Inspirisan psihologijom Karla Gustava Junga i simbolikom snova, u kojima leže ogromnan potencijal i poruke koje duša želi da prenese čoveku, film ima nameru da predstavi duhovni preobražaj glavnog lika i njegovo suočavanje sa sopstvenim egom, ogrezlim u materijalizam i samoljublje. Moć filma, kao vremenske umetnosti, omogućuje gledaocu da kroz delo doživljava i preispituje se, dovodi na razmišljanje i teži ka korenitoj promeni unutar sopstvenog bića - katarzi. Mračna atmosfera i magloviti crno-zeleni kolorit celog okruženja u kome se glavni lik nalazi, oslikavaju njegov psihološki pejzaž i jasno ukazuju na duhovni nemir i rastrojstvo. Iako okružen vodom, koja u ovoj filmu predstavlja večnu dušu čoveka, glavni lik nije u stanju da shvati neispravnost svojih postupaka sve dok se u priču ne uvede ženska osoba, po Jungu njegova anima, dušovođa i predstavnik podzemnih voda koje teku kroz dušu i nesvesno, i aspekt koji je ego previše dugo zapostavljao. Kroz moć snova i težine poruke koju će mu ona preneti, glavni lik će shvatiti da je za iskrenu promenu potrebna žrtva, koja nikada ne može proći bezbolno. U epilogu, do malopre turobnu scenu obasjava novi dan, i voda koja je bila mračna i uzburkna sada mirno trepti novim životom. Oluja nastala nakon trenutka samospoznaje je porušila sve veze sa starim egom, i čovek preporođen i pun nove snage se spaja sa svojom animom, oboje bivajuću obgrljeni vodom, večnom dušom čoveka. Then he will finally have to face the terrifying storm and make the ultimate choice. Background and inspiration: Film ISKON Anima Aeterna is the author's approach to animated film as a mirror of the many processes that occur deep in the human soul, in the fields of unconscious. Inspired by psychology of Carl Gustav Jung and symbolism of dreams, in which lie the tremendous potential and messages that soul wants to convey to a man, the film intends to present the spiritual transformation of the main character and his confrontation with his own ego, sunk in materialism and narcissism. The power of the film, as the art form allows the viewer to experience and question himself, leading to self-reflection and tendencies to experience the change in the roots of his own being - the catharsis. The dark atmosphere and foggy black and green colors of the whole environment in which the main character lives, reflect his psychological landscape, and clearly indicate the spiritual unrest and disorder. Although surrounded by water, which in this film represents the eternal soul of man, the main character is not able to understand the failure of his actions until the story introduces a female character, and according to Jung that is anima, soulguide and a representative of the groundwater flowing through the soul and the unconscious, and aspect that the ego neglected for too long. Through the power of dreams and the weight of the message they will convey to him, the main character will realize that for a genuine change, the sacrifice is unavoidable, and it can never pass painlessly. In the epilogue, a moment ago bleak scene is now illuminated by a new day, and the water that was dark and unrestless is now flashing a new life. The storm formed after a moment of self-realization has destroyed every connection with the old ego, and a man reborn and full of new power connects with his anima, both being embraced with water, the eternal soul of man.


Vis Dubium - Snaga sumnje

Ti simboli njegovih unutrašnjih nemira i iskonskih sumnji ga teraju da istraži granice sopstvene izdržljivosti i snage. Ponirući u dubine svoje duše, ribar shvata da je konstantna borba neophodna, a da suočavanje sa sumnjama koje ga progone čak i u snu čini jedan od osnovnih pokretača njegovog života. Pozadina i inspiracija: Film Vis Dubium je inspirisan mislima o sumnji, agoniji i čovekovom smelošću da ponire u dubine sopstvene duše. Filozofija Serena Kjerkegora kao i knjiga španskog pisca Migela de Unamuna „Agonija hrišćanstva“ u kojoj pisac pojmu agonija vraća prvobitno značenje – borba, stvorile su temelj na kome se izgradio ovaj film. Uzimajući sumnju kao glavni motiv i preispitivajući njenu neophodnost u čovekovom životu, kako u pitanjima religijskih učenja i vere, tako u i pitanjima svakodnevnice, dolazi se do zaključka da je njena uloga dvojna, i pozitivna i negativna. Ta dvojnost se može ogledati i u tome što je koren glagola dubitare (sumnjati) isti kao koren broja dva - duo. Kao pokretač da preispita svoje načine i postupke, sumnja čoveka može navesti da kroz agoniju (tj.borbu) sa samim sobom pronađe novu snagu i volju za život. Sa druge strane, prejaka sumnja može povući čoveka u mračne dubine iz kojih je teško isplivati. Na čoveku ostaje da li će konstantu borbu prihvatiti kao sastavni deo svoga života, ili se prepustiti nemanima koje vrebaju u dubinama svake duše. Film nastoji da postigne jak vizuelni kvalitet, sa izraženom likovnom snagom i rukopisom, ali i ostvari intelektualni sloj, koji svoju iskru nalazi u literatnoj osnovi, filozofskoj literaturi i književnosti. Od gledaoca on zahteva određeno predznanje, ali ga zato i nagrađuje na duhovnom nivou. ABOUT THE ARTWORK Synopsis: On the vast structure that floats on the ocean, an anonymous fisherman, from day to day struggles with the sea monsters that surround him. These symbols of his internal disturbances and primeval doubts, force him to investigate the limits of his own endurance and strength. Delving deep into the depths of his soul, a fisherman understands that constant struggle is necessary, and to cope with the doubts that haunt him even in a dream represents one of the fundamental drivers of his life . Background and inspiration: Film Vis dubium was inspired by thoughts of doubt, agony and the man's boldness that plunge into the depths of his own soul. Philosophy of Kierkegaard and a book from the spanish writer Miguel de Unamuno "The agony of Christianity" in which the writer returns to the concept of agony to its original meaning - the struggle, created a foundation on which this film was built. Having doubt as the main motive and questioning its necessity in human life, both in matters of religious teachings and faith, and issues of everyday life, it can be concluded that it has a dual role, both positive and negative. This duality can be reflected in the fact that the root of the verb dubitare (doubt, suspect) is the same as the root of the number two - duo. As a driving force to review his methods and ways, doubt can through agony (struggle) make a man find new strengths and will for life. On the other hand, too strong of a doubt may withdraw the same man in the dark depths from which it is too difficult to emerge. It is up to the person whether he will accept the constant struggle as an integral part of his life, or let the beasts that lurk in the depths of every soul pull him down. The film strives to achieve a strong visual quality, with a marked visual power and handwriting, but also to create a intellectual layer, which has it sparks in philosophical books and literature. From the viewer this film requires some pre-knowledge, but on the other hand, it rewards him on a spiritual level.


Sisyphus carries Sisyphus - Sizif nosi Sizifa
Link za pregled filma: https://vimeo.com/70419802 O RADU Sinopsis: U opustošenim predelima u kojima jedan Sizif nosi drugog Sizifa, oni predstavljaju čoveka koji nosi najteži teret, samoga sebe i sopstvene misli. U toj borbi, Sizif će nastojati da istraje sve dok ne dosegne do krajnje tačke svog putovanja - sopstvenog kraha. Pozadina i inspiracija: Film Sizif nosi Sizifa je moj prvi kratki animirani film. Uzimajući mit o Sizifu kao osnovu, film želi da kroz mediji animacije istraži večita pitanja istrajnosti i uzaludnosti, kao i postojanje nekog konačnog cilja i odredišta u svakom životnom putu. Poznato delo francuskog filozofa Alberta Kamija "Mit o Sizifu", u kome autor razmišlja o besmislenosti i apsurdnosti života, bezizlaznosti situacije u kojoj se nalazi savremeni čovek, kao i prihvatanje tog apsurda kao načina života su samo neke od misli koje su imale uticaja na formiranje ovoga filma. Dok u mitu Sizif gura kamen, u ovom filmu Sizif gura, tj. nosi samoga sebe, svoga dvojnika i čoveka koji sa njim deli istu sudbinu. Za razliku od mita, koji nosi pesimističan ton, u dubljim slojevima filma se može nazreti tračak pozitivnog razmišljanja. Jer ako je jedan čovek spreman da se žrtvuje za drugoga, svestan apsurdnosti svojih postupaka i života uopšte, ako ima volje da za drugoga učini veliko delo, znajući da nagrada ne postoji i da je borba unapred izgubljena, onda još uvek postoji nada. Iako je konačni cilj putovanja jednog Sizifa njegov kraj, u isto vreme, to je i početak putovanja drugog Sizifa. Surovo životno putovanje, istrajnost, prihvatanje uzualundosti i opiranje istoj, kao i spremnost da se žrtvuje zarad drugoga, će od Sizifa isklesati čoveka visokih osobina i kvaliteta. Film je stvoren kao vizuelno jaka metafora, snažnog kontrasta i izraženih tekstura, kao i suptilno i simboličkih korišćenih nijansi plave i crvene. Muzika i zvuk su svedeni što minimalnije, dozvoljavajući eskalaciju muzičke teme u trenutcima kada Sizif dostiže vrhunac svog putovanja. ABOUT THE ARTWORK Synopsis: In the wastelands where one Sisyphus carries another Sisyphus, they represents a man who is carrying the greatest burden, himself and his own thoughts. In that struggle he will continue to carry the other Sisyphus, until he reaches the highest peak of his journey - his own end. Background and inspiration: Film "Sisyphus carries Sisyphus" is the author's first short animated film. Taking the myth of Sisyphus as a basis, the film wants to explore, through the media animation, the eternal questions of persistence and vanity, and the existence of an ultimate goal in any life journey. Wellknown work of the French philosopher Albert Camus "The Myth of Sisyphus" in which the author reflects on the senselessness and absurdity of life, the hopelessness of the situation in which the modern man lives, as well as the admission of the absurd as a way of life are just some of the thoughts that had an impact on the formation of this film. While in the myth, Sisyphus pushes the stone, in this film Sisyphus is pushing ie. carring himself, his doppelganger and a man who shares the same fate with him. Unlike the mith, which carries a pessimistic tone, in the deeper layers of the film one can find a glimmer of positive thinking. For if a man is willing to sacrifice himself for the other, aware of the absurdity of their actions and of life in general, if there is a will to do something greater for another human, knowing that the prize does not exist and that it is an uphill struggle, then there is still hope. Although the ultimate goal of Sisyphus voyage is his own end, it is also the beginning of life for another Sisyphus. Through brutal life's journey, persistence, acceptance of vanity and reliance of the same, and the willingness to sacrifice for the sake of another, will from Sisyphus carve a man of high on features and quality. The film was created as a powerfull visual metaphor of strong contrast and distinctive textures, and subtle and symbolic uses of shades of blue and red. Music and sound are reduced to a minimal, allowing the escalation of musical themes in the moments when Sisyphus reached the pinnacle of his journey.
